SPARK3 Hospitality provides full-service restaurant and bar venue, and event management services for independent, branded, franchised and hotel restaurants, and resorts. Our network is broad and comprised of some of the best in the business, giving us a long and distinctive track record of creating and managing cutting edge, award-winning concepts and operations.

COLLECTIVELY, we have created cultures, management systems, infrastructure, and, ultimately, community. Throughout the United States and Caribbean, the team has opened and operated 75+ innovative, profitable, and award-winning food and beverage outlets, including hotel and independent restaurants, bars, cafes, event spaces and entertainment venues, with revenues upwards of $200M. In an industry known for high turnover, we boast some of the lowest turnover rates in the business.​​

SPARK3 is anchored by Josh Mayo and Jason Gordon, accomplished and passionate hospitality executives based in Denver, Colorado. The two are complemented by experts across the country with a combined 100+ years of experience in the various disciplines of restaurant, bar, and hospitality industry.​
